We’re Hiring: DM Setter for a Functional Health Practice

Are you someone who loves connecting with people, having meaningful conversations, and helping others take the first step toward healing?

​

We’re a growing functional health practice helping parents and families get to the root cause of their children's health concerns—and we’re looking for a DM Setter to be the first point of contact inside our program.

​

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to Instagram & Facebook DMs in a warm, human, and conversational way

• Starting genuine conversations with new followers

• Qualifying leads using simple scripts (we’ll train you)

• Booking calls with aligned prospects for our practitioners  

• Following up with people who need a little extra support or time

 

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Love talking to people and making them feel seen and heard

• Are interested in holistic health, functional medicine, or wellness

• Can communicate clearly and naturally (not robotic or scripted)

• Are organized and can keep track of conversations

• Are reliable and consistent

• Have a flexible schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends

 

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with DM setting, customer service, or coaching support

• Understand basic health topics (gut health, minerals, nervous system, etc.)

• Are a parent or have a passion for helping families
